Next Step Israel Internships is the best summer program for motivated, passionate, and invested teens who are interested in furthering their career aspirations while engaging with and exploring our shared heritage in the land of Israel. As teens advance their career aspirations in the Israeli workforce, Next Step provides the framework through which this experience is broadened with immersive professional, social, and Jewish engagement.

Teens will acquire critical work skills through working in a field of their choice, spend time touring Israel, and personally connect to the land through experiential learning. During the day, interns will work in their chosen fields of work, including:

Engineering & 3D Printing
Bio-Medical Research
Investment Banking
High-Tech Industry
Communications & Management
Nonprofit and Governmental Organizations
Marine Life & Zoology
& many more!

The beginning and end of the summer, along with each evening and weekend, is time devoted to continue providing our teens with a summer they’ll never forget! After their internships, teens reunite as a community to explore, grow, and have fun together.
